MASTERPIECE – Inspire others with your passion!

In the FIRST LEGO League Discover kindergarden/preschool project MASTERPIECE, children explore how they can share their interests creatively and confidently with others.

Whether it's music, technology, art, nature, or stories – everything that excites them becomes part of a shared project: the Masterpiece Park. Along the way, the children consider: What do we enjoy? How can we show it to others? And how do we create a place that inspires?

Taking on roles such as musicians, artists, researchers, or inventors, they develop ideas for shows, exhibitions, or interactive stations. They explore how theater productions are created, how museums share knowledge, and what makes a great stage performance. In the process, they learn to work as a team, contribute their strengths, and find creative solutions.

Take a look at what the models from the MASTERPIECE Discover Set look like when built. It’s a great way to get excited about building and exploring the models yourself!

STEAM Park
Foundation for the Team Model

All teams work with the LEGO Education STEAM Park to playfully explore STEAM processes. The set serves as a starting point for developing the team’s own model and is used both during team meetings and at the exhibition.

In this video, LEGO Education presents the STEAM Park. Another video from our Swiss distribution partner EducaTec showcases the various elements and picture cards, and explains how they can be used to construct exciting projects.

Additional Materials for Educators: LEGO Education provides supplementary materials online, such as educational plans and connections to curricula, to specifically support working with the STEM+ Amusement Park.
