The professional background and skills of the mentors are detailed in their profiles. Your coaches can facilitate the connection, and you can arrange to meet with the mentors either virtually or in person to work on your challenges.

Mentors help teams or classes reach their full potential. They are experienced in the FIRST LEGO League and/or are professionals in fields such as marketing, programming, and agile methods. Their support makes participation in the educational program easier and reduces the burden on coaches. They can assist a team either on a case-by-case basis or throughout the entire season. If you have substantial experience in the educational program yourself, you can contribute your knowledge as a mentor and support other teams.
